Cane Creek Cabin is 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, 2 Half Bathrooms, and Sleeps 14 with two full kitchens. Enjoy your Rest and Relaxation as It is very private and quiet. The Cane Creek Lodge is a stunning three-level custom log home on Lake Nottely so even if the weather doesn't cooperate, the house will offer plenty of spacious adventure!

Our lakefront retreat is located 10 minutes from Blairsville, 20 minutes from the town of Blue Ridge, 30 minutes from Murphy, NC, and under 2 hours from Atlanta's city center. Just off Pat Colwell Road, it is close to Vogel State Park, Desoto Falls, Brasstown Bald, Helen Georgia, Dalonega, and the Ace Sweepstakes Casino in Murphy, NC.

Lake Nottely is a TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) lake that is lowered between Labor Day and Memorial Day for the winter months. While the water becomes shallow, these times are not good for boating, however fishing, rafting, kayaking and paddle boarding are still activities to be enjoyed. There are also many woods around the cabin to enjoy or nearby hikes for foliage scenery.


After a fun day of sightseeing, hiking, fishing, boating, or swimming, you can BBQ on the charcoal grill, relax on the covered dock, roast smores over a camp fire, shoot a game of pool, or unwind on the large back porch in a rocking chair.

Take advantage of our upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and smooth-surface cook top. Then sit beside the fireplace, settle down with a good book and enjoy the warmth given off by the flames...or you can play a game of pool or shuffleboard and watch your favorite show on one of the three TVs.

Cane Creek Lodge is equipped with free WiFi, washer/dryer, and a cable TV on each level. On the main level you will find the master bedroom with king bed and luxurious ensuite bathroom.

On the upper level you will find a loft with a sleeper futon and 2 additional bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds. Each has its own private bathroom.

On the lower level there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 twin beds, as well as a queen sleeper sofa.

Unfortunately, we can't accept pets, but Nottely Oaks Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is approximately just down the road. They will happily board your furry friends, and release them for daytime adventures, to be returned later on.

Cane Creek Lodge is perfect for family reunions, church get-togethers, or friends who want to explore all that Lake Nottely and the North Georgia mountains have to offer. We love our lake house and hope you will too!
