Foxfire Haus was designed with your family's comfort in mind. Warm and welcoming modern furnishings will make you feel instantly at home as you spread out in and enjoy time together! You'll leave the world behind and feel at home the instant you step in the door.

The main living area is bright and open. Soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows allow the natural sunshine to flood the space with light. Unwind on the sprawling sofa and plush swivel chairs where there’s plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Watch Netflix, Hulu or Disney+, puzzle over a jigsaw, play Pac-Man or old-school board games, or simply enjoy the gas fireplace and spin a few records on the turntable. If you need to do some work during your stay, we have a comfortable desk area where you can take your Zoom calls.

The kitchen is open to the living area — perfect for groups to hang out and cook together. The dining table can expand to seat up to 8 people for meals, and the large island has casual stool seating for three more. The stylish newly outfitted kitchen is fully-equipped with all the culinary tools you’ll need to prepare snacks, meals, and cocktails for your crew.

The house is fully stocked with soft, hotel-quality sheets, bath & hand towels, duvets and soft blankets, and ready for your getaway! No need to bring anything, unless you'd like an extra towel for the hot tub or the beach. We provide one deluxe bath towel per guest, plus plenty of hand towels and washcloths are stored in the bathrooms.

This home was professionally designed and uses only the highest quality furniture, mattresses and decorations. Features include:

• We want you to have a worry-free vacation. When you stay with us, you are automatically covered for accidental damages to the property of up to $2,000.

Additional amenities are available, too! We want our guests to have the best possible experience at the cabin, so we're happy to offer firewood bundles, s'mores kits, a private chef, in-home massages, family photography sessions and more, plus access to local attractions for a nominal additional fee. • PLEASE NOTE: Though the Poconos rarely gets very warm in the summertime, Foxfire has window a/c units in each bedroom and the sunroom In case you need a little extra cooling. The main living area is cooled by a 60" high-efficiency fan.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and property with the exception of two locked supply closets.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car for fully enjoying all the Poconos has to offer. But if you're coming to get away from it all and plan to hide out at the house for a few days, there is a bus access to Mount Pocono from NYC and Philadelphia, and you can order groceries via Instacart.

The primary renter on all reservations must by 25 years of age or older. Please respect the neighborhood and keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. No more than 8 guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional overnight guests will be charged a penalty of $100 per person.

PETS: Well-behaved and housebroken pets are welcome with a $75 per pet cleaning fee.

SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time, thanks!

PARTIES: UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Low-key getaways, birthday gatherings and family reunion type-things are totally okay and encouraged! Please do not use confetti or glitter at the house. Any confetti or glitter found will result in an additional cleaning charge of $100/hr as needed.

Please note: Host will send a pre-registration document requesting the names and vehicle information for all guests of the cabin about ten days prior to the start of your reservation. Host will also send a hold harmless waiver for the primary renter to sign, per insurance requirements.

CANCELLATION FEE: The host will charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees on all non-Airbnb cancellations. Airbnb bookings are subject to Airbnb's cancellation policies.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests have the house all to themselves. However, we are available by phone or text anytime to answer questions or provide information. There is an electronic door lock for 24-hour access.
