”I reserved a room with a King bed and they ended up giving me a room with 2 small beds. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Just wish I would have gotten what I paid for is all.”

”Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out.
