Sijaitsemme piilossa olevalla bluffilla umpikujan päätyttyä eteläisen Wisconsinin ajelehtimattomalla alueella lähellä suosittua turistikohdetta New Glarusia, Amerikan Pikku-Sveitsiä Wisconsinin kreivikunnassa.

Kiinteistö lepää kypsien tammipuiden osastolla, jossa pihalla laiduntavat kalliokalliot, hirvieläimet ja kalkkunat. Se on luonnon ystävien unelma!

2600 neliön jalka 3. 5 kylpy hirsitalo istuu 40 hehtaarin. Kodissa on neljä tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joissa on muhkeat vuoteet, iso tilava kansi puiden latvoissa, nopea internetyhteys ja pääsy yksityisille kävelyreiteille, jotka kulkevat metsän läpi kalkkikivirakkujen ja pölyttäjien preerioiden avulla. Kodin sisustus on vuorattu mäntylaudoilla, jotka antavat miellyttävän aromin ja lisäävat luonnetta lisäävät hyttiä, mutta koti on hyvin varusteltu ja siinä on kaikki ominaisuudet, joita todennäköisesti tarvitset.

Sieltä on helppo pääsy Yellowstone Lake Lake -puistoon ja villieläinalueisiin, ja siellä on monia muita mahdollisia virkistysmahdollisuuksia, kuten patikointi, pyöräily, kalastus, melonta, veneily. Yellowstonen järven villieläinalueella on jopa metsästämistä, vuodenaikoina ja vapaa-ajan ammuntaa hyvin hoidetussa, kustannusarvossa.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay at Nature Lover's Paradise! The home was exactly as described — so clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed. The location was perfect for what we wanted, and the host made everything so easy with quick, friendly communication. We truly felt at home here and would definitely stay again. Peace

This is the place to enjoy peace and quiet, no neighbors parking in front of the driveway or loud music blasting thru the window. You are at the end of the road, only neighbors are wildlife, Steve and his family about a quarter mile away.The beds were more comfortable than our own. Steve went out of his way to do everything possible to make our stay perfect.

Great cabin!

Excellent Family location spot

Beautiful Wisconsin countryside, property is secluded with a great gravel path for kids to ride bikes on, a perfect short private approximately 1 mi loop hiking trail. We had two young families present, eight kids six and under. The basement, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and upstairs. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us. The kids were more than occupied with the loft play area and playing around the house. Wrap around porch allowed easy line of sight as needed.

Family Easter get together

We had a family gathering for Easter. The house was wonderful for that. Lots of spaces for different activities. The kids, and by that I mean young men, really enjoyed the upstairs. Hiking the trails was also very popular. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough for several people to be working at the same time to prepare our Easter dinner. We would stay again.

Girls' Cabin Getaway Weekend

This cabin was perfect for what we needed! We had 6 adults and everyone had their own place to sleep with room to spare and enough bathrooms and showers. We loved walking the paths on the property and playing cards on the poker table in the loft. Steve was so kind and informative and we liked knowing we could easily contact him if we needed anything. We really enjoyed the fire pit! Thanks for a lovely weekend away!

Peaceful and relaxing

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We loved the fact this place was out in the middle of no where. The house was really quiet except when we got major winds (which isn't Steve's fault just part of nature this time of the year). The trails were an extra bonus for us and the dog. Our dog was in heaven. Hopefully we will get to come back again when the trees have leaves and the little church next door is complete. Thanks Steve for sharing your place with us. You are a true blessing

Winter getaway

The cabin was the sweetest getaway for our friends! Great location that felt like you were in nature but close to all the small towns nearby. Loved skiing nearby and then walking the trails near the cabin. So clean, cozy and we loved the game table upstairs. The best time- thank you!

25th Wedding anniversary weekend away

Our stay was in celebration of my son and his wife's 25th wedding anniversary. Their 21-yr old son and my daughter was also part of our group of five. We were each able to have our own bedroom along w plenty of bathrooms. Good quality mattresses made for a very good night's sleep. It's a beautiful ride there from Waukesha and the setting was beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved playing games up in the loft area where there is a game table. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances. Can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the very large deck. Saturday night we enjoyed a taste testing and meal at Whiskey Run in New Glarus which is only 20 minutes away. Our host, Steve, was very hospitable, and great to work with. He and his wife live just up the road, so we felt confident if there were any problems he'd be readily available to assist us. We all agreed it was a fantastic weekend and we'd be back.

Our group had a wonderful stay. Your lodge was clean and you made our stay very enjoyable. Loved to be able to take a hike around your property and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Wonderful and magical

If you truly want a fun place away from it all with hiking trails right on the property this place has it all! Property owner Steve is amazing and gives you a thorough run down of everything there is to do around there. The house is very clean and well kept, I especially loved the quilts, as personally I think quilts are the best blanket to sleep under. My favorite part was that my fury friends even my horse would be welcome to stay, as they have a large grass filled paddock. Personally if I brought my horse I would recommend bringing electric fencing.
