”Such a cute and cozy home! We enjoyed staying here and loved that it was away from everything but also super close to all the wineries. The house had all the toiletries you could think of and thank goodness because a few of us forgot our body wash and shampoos. Delores was such a great host and was very sweet and easy to communicate with. I definitely would recommend this house to stay at and will return if I ever come back to Fredericksburg. Such a great experience!”

”We stayed at the Farmhouse over the July 4th weekend 2025 to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, it was the weekend of the flood in the hill country so a lot of the local things we had planned to do we could not do because of the heavy rains. We enjoyed the back porch rockers and view after a day of visiting wineries and taking regional day trips! We highly recommend this place and the owners were very responsive and made check in and check out as easy as we’ve had! ”

The pool is great ! This place is close to wineries and grocery stores. The views are amazing, We had no issues with the house, bunkhouse, and the pool. Definitely recommend staying here! This home would be a great place for family reunions, group getaways, We will most likely stay here again. ”
