”The house is in a perfect location for accessing downtown Farmington as well as the highways for exploring the surrounding areas. It was especially well stocked compared to most rentals with a generous number of blankets and thoughtful kitchen supplies such as a coffee machine with multiple flavors. Tim was immediately responsive to all questions and exceptionally accommodating. We'll absolutely stay here again when visiting Farmington.”

”The Farmhouse had everything! From the picturesque view of the Animas River valley, to the lush front lawn perfect for a leisurely game of Corn Hole under the the magnificent willow tree, the setting was idyllic. The house was charming and cozy, like going to Grandma's house. And like Grandma's, it was spotless and well-stocked. Our hosts, John and Kathy, were lovely: generous, helpful and kind. ”The 3-bedroom 2-bath home was in a relatively new neighborhood. It had a large brightly lit kitchen (both by natural and interior lighting) with a door that opened to a large covered patio that faced west providing some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen door also had a doggy door and the backyard had a nice yard and gardens bordered by a 6-foot stuccoed wall; so ideal for a dog. The kitchen was very clean and modern with a Keurig coffee maker with numerous flavors available but no sweeteners, so...

The house was on a great stretch of the San Juan and my husband and kids fly fished successfully for rainbow and brown trout on the private stretch of river right behind the house. We saw deer and turkeys right in the yard. The house had plenty of space and was clean and comfortably appointed. Good communication with the host. The house was perfect for us.”
