”the check-in process is clear and easy to follow, and the property is clean and well-stocked, with toiletries, towels, and supplies for coffee and tea. the furniture is comfortable, and both wifi and roku tv are provided. hosts are kind and communicative.
the location is super convenient: there is a plaza nearby with a grocery store, bank, lcbo, gas station, etc. and the hosts provide a list of nearby restaurants and takeaway locations.”

”A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!”

”Pros:
- Clean
- Comfortable
- Relaxing
- Convenient
- Easily accessible
- Lovely view
- Modern appliances
- Liked the washer/drawer
Cons:
- I would add some drawers to the bedroom
- Maybe a bathroom over the door hook
- The AC control was uncooperative sometimes
- The kitchen knives were all serrated and quite dull, which made meal preparation more lengthy. A few sharp, non-serrated knives would be a great addition.”
