Upon arrival at vacation home Casa Diva you immediately enter the spacious living room with adjacent open kitchen. This is perfectly equipped with everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal with family or friends. You will find a dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the enclosed courtyard garden. This is equipped with a cozy corner with dining table. To finish it off completely, you can use the available sauna during your stay.



On the 1st floor of the house you can already find 3 bedrooms. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 cozy designed bunk beds in wood. It is an instant cozy atmosphere. Bed linen is also provided. This floor also has a spacious bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink. There is a separate toilet and an additional shower room in the hallway.



As soon as you proceed to the 2nd floor you will also discover 2 bedrooms here; one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Also on this floor you will find a spacious bathroom with double sink and shower. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
