The Bonke family, who run the property, are known for creating countless woodcarving artworks throughout the Harz region. Twice a year, the HarzRitter organize spectacular carving events at the Köhlerhütte Stemberghaus in Hasselfelde.
The children’s book series “Honey & Polle – The Harz Wandering Bees” was written by the property owner and is brought to life at the most beautiful spots in the Harz Mountains.
