”We have just had a wonderful stay here as my other half was doing the Great North Run.
The staff were so helpful polite and attentive.
The room was excellent spacious .really comfy beds full bathroom and had everything we needed as well as very quiet.
So now comes the restaurant........ wow just wow the food was top notch all freshly cooked and some of the best Italian we have ever had.
Portion sizes are not for the faint hearted ie great for a pre run carb load tea for my partner but so...

”The room was perfectly clean with a very comfortable bed and the shower had none of the malfunctions often experienced in hotels!!
The public rooms were beautifully decorated for Xmas. We enjoyed two breakfasts at the extensive buffet but missed maple syrup for our pancakes! However we were most impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness shown by all the staff & we expressed this on our departure. We will be back!”
