Lomamökit – Bléré

”The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to the pedestrian areas with restaurants and shops. We paid extra to stay in a one bedroom unit that has a private patio with a hot tub and the suite was great. However, there were many issues that came up that could have been avoided if the staff took the time to help us with our luggage and show us to our room. We had trouble with opening the doors as they stuck and the key was difficult to use. The coffee machine needed to be replaced and the AC...

”Hotels.com did not request advance payment of 30%, but the hotel insisted it. After all we were invoiced that amount. We had to proof the payment done at the hotel, because Chissay hotel front desk did not have info of our downpayment (we sent several reminder e-mails and one phone call to get confirmation of the pre payment). Otherwise the hotel experience was good, but prepare for the ”time sloap of some decades backwords” in a nice way. Breakfast service had some difficulties with shortage of...

”Asiat sujuivat hyvin,huone ok,siisti”

”This is by far the nicest hotel in the city centre. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is within walking distance to the entire core area. Very quaint place with a pretty garden and pool, which is a rarity for hotels in this area. Would return for sure.”

”A cozy hotel with great breakfast, although with some visible wear-and-tear of the furniture/property. Not sure how deep their direct engagement is with the one-starred Michelin restaurant on the property, but the restaurant did not grant us a proper apology or some kind of discount for the 3 small bullets that was found in the duck meat. Biting onto one could have cracked a tooth or affect a filling; didn’t happen but it’s about principles. First time we encounter such a lack of response from...

”Fantastic stay in a real castle. Great staff on reception and warm welcome for us and our bikes. Had dinner in the restaurant which is located past the hotel's garden area so a little bit of a walk but well worth it for a tasty meal using their own ingredients. There were several stink bugs that came in through the window but easy to get rid of them and they were harmless but probably just the time of year and because we opened the window on the warm side of the building - however worth noting...

”Excellent place to stay in Loire Valley! Definitely will return for the lovely breakfasts, accommodation and service!!!”

”Hyvä hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Auton sai ilmaiseen julkiseen parkiin 400 metrin päähän. Aamiainen hyvä ja gluteenitonta leipää oli saatavilla. Ainoa negatiivinen asia koskee hotels.comia.
