âFor starters he told the young lady to take pictures of both my id and credit card and to send it to him ..I wasn't told the reason why he needed to take pictures of my PERSONAL INFORMATION.. âThe owners are very friendly. They make sure the customers are comfortable they get exactly what they need. The housekeepers are very nice and if you need anything you just ask them they bring it to your room. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The towels are nice and clean and fresh. There are benches outside with barbecue grills that we enjoy when we're there. When we are in El Campo, the Lone Star is our home.â

âTV didn't work in the room, landscaping was ridiculous, no ice on the property even though sign in vending area said contact front office for ice. Breakfast was 4 honeybuns and stale cereal with brown bananas. This establishment should not be able to represent the name Budget Inn and suites!â

âOlder hotel, not updated in anyway. The furnishings were worn out, water pressure was weak and the water never got hot. I can only complement the staff. I was surprised at the condition when it bore the LaQuinta name. Many other hotels in the area to choose from.â
