<br>We rent our family home located between Deauville (4 km) and Villers sur mer (2km). It is an old manor house of the Pays d'Auge of the 17th century, enlarged over the centuries, typically Norman with exposed beams, whose exceptional charm will seduce you.<br>It does not have all the modern comforts but has certain advantages, by its size, its location and its typically Norman atmosphere and steeped in history. <br>It is possible to accommodate up to 15 people (adults and children included). Ideal for 3 or 4 couples with children or for a group of friends.<br>The large garden with its mini tennis court will delight young and old alike (rackets and balls available).<br>The beach, the municipal tennis court and the shops are accessible on foot in 15 minutes by a pedestrian path; the train station is 5 minutes walk away.<br>The house is on 3 levels:<br>On the first floor: large entrance, very large double living room, large dining room, small TV room, large kitchen, toilets, large billiard room, board games. <br>On the first floor: 3 large master bedrooms, 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds and a cot, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower room.<br>On the second floor: 2 master bedrooms, a large bedroom/games room with 4 beds and a table football, toilet, bathroom.<br>The garden is 2500m²; it is well enclosed and you can have meals there. <br>Barbecue facilities are available.<br>Beautiful marked walks are accessible immediately after leaving the house in the natural site of the coastal marsh of Blonville sur mer.<br>The house is at the foot of Mont Canisy, a small coastal promontory that can be climbed in 20 minutes on foot and which will provide you with beautiful walks, magnificent panoramas of the coast and the countryside. There are also remains of the Atlantic Wall from the Second World War.<br>We have 2 high chairs, a cot with bars.<br>You can bring your own bed linen and towels or we can provide them: 15 € bed 2 people and 10 € bed 1 person, towels 5 € per person.<br>Beach hut on request.<br>Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.<br>Pets allowed on request.
