Room was in back of the building and we heard loud slamming, we noticed what it was at 6am because of the Hilton trailers in the back. Rough night.

The property is very poorly constructed with 6 inch wide sheetrock seams very visible and floors that are not flat. I thought I was in a 50 year old hotel.

Super excellent service at the front desk. So many amenities. Shuttle service to the airport or ferry. I will only stay at the Hilton when I’m on Staten Island.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint I have is the noise. There is a night club on the top floor. On Friday night, the music coming from the club could be heard in my room on the 4th floor. If you can fall asleep with the TV on, it’s not so bad. The other guests returning to the rooms at 2 am could be heard screaming in the hallways and the doors slam easily.

I opened the curtains to find only the roof..could not see anything else..hated that. Room 211

We enjoy our stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly, fast and efficient. Room is large and comfortable. Bathroom offers two sinks and double shower.
