”The room was relatively clean. There was some weird dent or hole in the mattress. In the morning, around 5:30am, (I had to take my special needs sister for a test), I tried to shower but, as much as I tried, I could not get the water to turn on. I called the desk and there was no answer. I got ready and when I went down to the desk to check out, there was no one there. I left the keys on the counter.”

”I'm not sure this is a hotel as much as a long-term shelter. The "guests" seem to be residents. The rooms themselves appear "lived in." Everything's old and outdated and smells like smoke. It only seemed like a hotel because of the Wyndham name attached and that it's next to a Marriot and Hampton Inn.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear the blaringTVs coming from rooms on either side.
Maybe just convert this place into a proper shelter for the people with children who really need it. But...
