The location of the property is absolutely perfect. You are walking distance to some great Restaurants as well as to the Indiana University campus. The host provided snacks and coffee and enough for the entire 6 day stay. They are very customer friendly and very quick to respond. I had a an issue with plumbing on the fourth day of my stay and unfortunately they could not resolve the issue. However the host was quick to provide another very nice VRBO a couple of blocks away. Although I was extremely pleased that she provided another place for me to stay I was a bit saddened. To be honest my original VRBO was my favorite. I had fallen in love with the neighborhood as well as how comfortable the house was and it felt like home. I had my small dog with me and he also felt right at home. Its a great size home with plenty of ammenities. Although a couple of suggestions would be to provide an iron and a toaster. Also, work with your cleaning company to sweep behind doors and windowcills. There was a large amount of bubble wrap that was left under my bed. All in all I would highly recommend this house. Even with the plumbing mishap, the host was gracious and did everything in her power to resolve the issue. I give it a two thumbs up and would absolutely stay again!
