Do NOT give your business to this property. If possible, avoid it at all costs. We reserved and pre-paid for two nights during move-in week at IU. When we attempted to check in after a very long day of travel and getting our daughter settled in her dorm, they advised they did not have a room for us. Because it was move-in week at IU, there were no other properties available in the area. We ended up having to drive back to the airport that night to one of the only properties that had availability within an hour of the school. Despite several phone calls to the Hyatt, the manager refuses to return our messages and we still haven’t received a refund (two weeks later). Their excuse every time we call? “Our ‘systems’ are down.” Look - mistakes happen, but the least they could do is return our phone calls and refund our money. It’s criminal, at this point.
