”Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. ”

”It was a convenient location for the event I had to attend but the hotel is kind of hidden behind a Hampton Inn and when I arrived I didn’t see it at first. The hotel is brand new and very clean and comfortable ”

”Breakfast was included and had several options for a two night stay. Any more and you'll tire of the same standard food. There's no shuttle service to or from the airport which is only 6 minutes away. There's no microwave in room. The room's pullout bed had a dirty sheet. We had a terrible experience the day of checkout. I was traveling with my minor children ages 9-14and under. During breakfast downstairs, my oldest experienced a leak from the ceiling. ”From checking in to checking out every Staff member was truly helpful, courteous, professional and service oriented. Facilities are beautiful, well maintained, functional and comfortable! Food is top notch, which makes dining a memorable and gastronomic experience. The Bar and cocktail choices. Including very impressive wine list and non alcoholic beverages focused on Something for everyone. Thank you for a delightful stay.”

”I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

”Breakfast is okay, my children enjoyed their waffles and baggle. The rooms are not bad, but needed some upgrade. The bed linens and sheets, are changing colors to brown, they look dirty,i suggest you get new sheets for the beds. The bathroom glass door did not close my husband had to use a plastic spoon handle to hold it together at the top to prevent water splashing out. Overall it is okay for a night or two stay. Accessible to stores and food outlets.”
