”No coffee in room, available for purchase in lobby. Shower door kept sliding open, couldn’t be securely closed; desk agent explained that this new hotel foundation was settling. Only stayed one night, though, so all good.”

”The general set up of common areas was excellent staff was excellent. I am disabled and one elevator to go to a room down 3 hallways was very difficult with luggage. Just had surgery and felt things were not as easily excessible for those with disabilities, as far as getting to 2nd floor room. Very good though”

”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it.
Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working.
Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place.
Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”
