Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with windows, featuring a round table and chairs. The fully equipped, state-of-the-art galley kitchen includes a granite-topped bar with stools, granite countertops, and custom cabinets.

The first bedroom offers a private balcony, a king-sized bed, side tables, and ample storage in a generous chest. It includes an en suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and a large tile shower with clear glass doors. The second bedroom has access to its own private balcony overlooking the charming street scene. This room features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, creating a cozy atmosphere.
