”This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was great.They went above and beyond anything that we asked. We loved the sauna, their pool and the little walking trails. They have live music on saturday night, that we quite enjoyed. We cannot wait to book our next day there.”

”Very clean and well-maintained! Hailey at the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time, and she helped us get into a room early. Their breakfast buffet is delicious--eggs, pancakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. If I return to Branson, I would stay there again.”

The cleaning service is out sourced and have a lack of communication with staff took over 2 hrs to get in room after check in time because of cleaning not being done. Was put in a room that computer said was ours then next day was locked out of room after going to get breakfast and do a little shopping. Had to switch rooms because the computer system messed it...

”The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip.”

”Upon check-in, the noise in the lobby was so loud I could hardly hear the attendant helping me. She did little to quiet in the room. My husband unloaded the car, only to find out we had to go outside down a u-shaped ramp and walk across the pool area, and near the very end of the hotel for our rooms. Now this wouldn’t have been too bad, except we are in our late 60s and early 70s and this was a great struggle. I had booked two rooms, and when we arrived at 9:30 that night, we just went to...

”The room was clean and the price for the week was great, The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The only negative thing was the parking lot had some dirty undergarments that were left laying around for a few days before someone picked them up.”

”Pros: Communication was easy/helpful staff. Property was kept up well. Some of the pictures were obviously taken to look bigger than the actual, but still really nice. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and newer appliances. Pools were well kept, Fire pit area was big with its own seating Cons: Really needed a new remote for the master bedroom tv and the 2nd bathroom handles fell off, but were able to put them back on”
