”The place was very well kept, the staff was wonderful and makes us want to return EXCEPT for the bedding. Our two queen room had two different height beds and both were the old style mattress and box spring. They were worn out, sides broke down, and creaked and cracked at every move. If they replace the bedding I would give it a for sure 5star rating”

”Internet was basically unavailable in our 3rd floor room. Asked the desk clerk about it and was told there were no other complaints. The water in the shower barely came out and took several minutes to heat up. The refrigerator was falling out of the cabinet because of a hole on the bottom. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 AM.”

”We arrived at approx 1:30pm on Friday. Staff was nice and helpful at check-in. However, lobby was quite grungy and could tell was not in the best shape. Grabbed a luggage carrier and two of the wheels were flat. Got on the elevator and the whole thing shook before we even moved (happened every time it was used). Room was VERY basic and kitchen was awful! Only an oven (no stove - 2 hot pads on top of counter). Not one single thing in the kitchen, no utensils, cups, plates, absolutely...
