”We had a wonderful weekend stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space and the beds are comfortable.Mark responded promptly to my messages and was extremely helpful.We have been visiting the area for 2 years and this is our favorite rental. We are planning to return in the fall.”

”Large, bright, new build home close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. More than enough space for the 4 of us. The open floor plan on the first floor was perfect for our family. I lost track of the number of TVs in the house. There seemed to be one in every room. Comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchen. Small grocery store and lobster pounds just a few miles away. ”The Spofford Inn (Inkwell Room) was beautiful and meticulously decorated with beautiful pieces to not only make the space modern and clean but keep the charm of the original building. The hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating all our needs. It was is walking distance of a few restaurants and yummy ice cream shop. We were not in Bucksport very long but definitely enjoyed our stay.”

”We LOVED this property!! It is perfectly situated location wise for anything that you want to do in the Acadia and Bar Harbor area. The property was very clean and adorable. So many nice extra touches like the coffee bar and the snacks! There is a great amount of land to walk the dogs on (just not fenced). It seemed like an incredibly safe area, even walking at night. ”It was good place to pause and unwind. It was close to Acardia national park. We had requested for towels for all the people. We didn’t have enough for the second day. When messaged, the house management came in and provided the towels in the morning. Appliances had issues like drier, dishwasher. Water was flowing out in the night and it was related to water softner or purification based on home owner. Kids loved the pool table and played games in basement. Overall the stay was enjoyable.”
