”The room was large and clean. No pool until June. Staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. Service was just bad overall, no sense of hospitality. Never was able to eat breakfast as it was ravaged by 8:00am and not re-filled. Coffee was always empty by 8:30am. Room alarm set to go off at 5:00am at full blast.”

”Great breakfast spread. Well supplied and fresh. Clean facility but Lord the condition of the parking lot and the streets in that area of town are horrendous!!! Don't drive your car if you are visiting. The potholes sre massive in Memphis. Even the road surface of the interstate is terrible. I had to put my vehicle in the shop theveeek for repair and realignment that I had just had done before the trip. West Tennessee is nothing like central and east Tennessee when it comes to its roads. Beware....

” Very polite staff”

”I reserved 2 queens but only a king was available. My son, who has cerebral Palsy had to sleep in the floor because there were no more rooms. The tv in our room didn’t work. We got a new room on the second day. There was an oil leak coming in above the door making the floor wet. Had to change rooms. The rooms were old and worn. They need to be updated. We only had 2 towels. The pillows were very hard.”

”The staff was was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The riom was very clean. The breakfast need to have signs by all food and alert guests (with sign) when something is not avaliable( the yogurt machine was not working and we had to guess on certain foods). The location was great! Next to the mall and many restaurants. ”

”Front desk guy was amazing. Breakfast was good. Room was ok. There was shower issue. I was there for dinner at their place. There was a lady bartender. Service was really bad. Food was ok. ”

”Motel is in poor shape and rooms dated. We requested a non smoking room and the room we had smelled like it had been smoked in for years. ”

”The place itself is fine—it’s clean and well-located—but the overall experience was terrible. We went three days without air conditioning. The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. To top it all off, on Saturday—our day off—a fire alarm activated. before 6:00 a.m. and kept ringing for over an hour, Well, personally, it was a very bad experience.”

”The best hotel by far that we have stayed at. Big room, big kitchen area, very clean.”

”We had to leave one day early, was promised,an email receipt, which we never got. We also did not get credit fit the last dat not used as promised.”

”The hotel is awesome I didn’t like how I had dried my clothes for 66 min and they was not dry.”

”Clean rooms ,dresser drawer would not stay closed. Kids being loud after 10.00,back door was popped open .and coffee was very week. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Oh my stay was for 3 people and cleaning people will only put 2 big bath towels out Both of my stays had to ask for an extra bath towels. So take extra towels if there is going to be 3 or more people.”
