We rented this cabin for a long weekend with 12 adults and 6 children, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.The location is unbeatable. Sitting right on the Toccoa River, we spent hours fishing, relaxing in the hot tub or sauna, and chatting around the campfire.The space worked beautifully for our large group. Everyone had room to spread out, and the common areas were big enough that we could all gather comfortably for meals and games without feeling cramped. The kitchen handled the demands of cooking for 18 people without issue.The hosts were fantastic—quick to respond to questions before and during our stay, and genuinely helpful when we needed recommendations for local spots. It's clear they care about their guests having a great experience.We're already talking about booking again next year. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a big crew who wants that perfect mix of togetherness and relaxation.

Couldn’t be happier with this house! Gorgeous inside and out and views of the river were stunning. Perfect for a big group of adults and kids. We had kids ages 11-7 weeks and it fit everyone’s needs and tons to do for kiddos plus easy drive to town. Highly highly recommend and we will be back!

This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t commend this place enough.

Friendscation in Blue Ridge

This property is absolutely stunning. The home with the view of the river is spectacular. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in the dining room while watching the river flow below. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were so great to unwind. We had a movie night one night and all enjoyed the relaxation of the recliners while playing games/movies on the big screen. We got to see a pack of turkeys around the driveway area.Just a short drive to downtown blue ridge. W are interested in coming back during the Spring or Summer when we can fish and tube on the property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Family vacation

Great property. Perfect combination of master and shared bedrooms for our group of 3 generations of family. Definitely a place whete you can stay and entertain inside , outside and also plenty of available activities inside and outside never needing to leave the property. Absolutely amazing views.

30 Years of Friendship

This was a 50th birthday celebration with college friends and spouses. The house was perfect, as there was a king room and bathroom for each couple. The amenities were perfect with the sauna, hot tub, theater room and common areas. Everyone had their own space but in close proximity to stay connected. We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Communication was good with the property manager, as we had concerns of damage during Hurricane Helene. Our concerns were quickly put to rest thankfully. We would all stay here again. Thank you for making our special celebration memorable with your home!

We had a group of 10 ladies stay to celebrate a 60th birthday. The cabin was absolutely perfect! We loved the location to explore Blue Ridge and enjoyed all the amenities there at the property. The outside of the property was maintained very well and beautiful! We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay so much!

Dream Villa with a Stunning View

The property was amazing, the view of the river was stunning. There was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub pool was plenty big and very enjoyable as was the porches and patio furniture overlooking the pool. The location was ideal for a short 30 minute tube ride down the river or a longer hour ride down the river. There of great hiking options in the area for daily morning hikes. Everything about this location was ideal! We’ve already booked for 2025!

Plenty of room

Room for our large family to sleep comfortably and to spread out. WiFi could be better. Well stocked kitchen. Acreage was nice for walking . Our last morning there , a mama bear and her cubs visited the trash can area even though ours were closed and locked. One lock was rusted and therefore didn’t work.We had to spend some time picking trash up. Over all nice but probably won’t stay again because of a noisy music neighbor blaring from morning til night.
