• Bedroom 4 (bottom floor): Queen bed

Guest Access:
Guests will access the property with a smartlock code provided the morning of check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Horizon View is located in the rolling hills of Blue Ridge, Georgia, about 2 hours north of Atlanta and 2 hours southeast of Chattanooga. The cabin sits on a quiet road just 8 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge (3.6 miles) and 4 minutes from Mercier Orchards (1.4 miles). Plenty of hiking and biking trails, including the trailhead for the Aska Trail System, are a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Having a car is strongly recommended, as Ubers and Lyft, while in the area, may not be the most reliable. We recommend a rental car from the nearest major city or a car rental app such as Turo.

Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
