A few things worth knowing before you book, so there are no surprises at the door.

• Pets: up to two dogs, $100 per stay. The fenced yard makes it easy on everyone.
• The cabin is multi-level: two steps up to the front porch, staircases between floors. The
main-floor king suite has an accessible walk-in shower, but the home overall is not step-free.
• All three baths have walk-in showers. There are no bathtubs.
• Upstairs is cooled by window units and ceiling fans. The main floor and basement have central
air.
• Wi-Fi handles streaming on four TVs, but this is a mountain cabin, so rare weather outages
happen. The game room, fire pit, and hot tub never lose signal.
• You are in black bear country. Please keep trash in the bins and food out of the yard.
• Quiet mountain community: outdoor quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM.
• One Ring doorbell camera at the front door, exterior only.
• We typically reply within the hour. Message us anytime for trail, tubing, or restaurant

GETTING AROUND
You will want a car. Aska Road is paved and winding, and our gravel driveway is an easy approach with no 4x4 needed. Atlanta is roughly 1 hr 45 min door to door.
