📺 Each bedroom is equipped with a Flat Screen Smart TV.

🔥 Solo fire pit on the deck - kindly bring your firewood. Let us know if you'd like some delivered during your stay, and we'll provide the contact information.

Other things to note:
We are adding solar lights out front next week. It could be dark when you get over there so just leave your car lights on. The exterior lights are labeled inside the home. The flood light switch is outside the kitchen door to your right. The basement exterior lights are in the bedroom and labeled.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

We only allow a maximum of 2 dogs under 20 lbs with $125 pet fee per pet
