”A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.”

”Clean room! Nice Staff! Breakfast was pretty good for free - nothing crazy. Parking was tight but doable. Less than a 10 minute walk to light rail was the best part in my opinion due to visiting for an event downtown Seattle ”

”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”Location is excellent. Right in the middle of the Sunday Market, and within easy walking distance of many fine restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, and the Nespresso machine a welcome amenity. ”

”Great place to stay for a night before a Mariners game. Close to the train, straight to the stadium. Also lots of amenities close by. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, gym was clean and well equipped. Would recommend & stay again. ”

”Everything was actually nice EXCEPT we didn’t pay close enough attention (neither did the other couple on our floor) because there is no bathroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. ”

”Every part of our stay at the Maxwell is always top notch and satisfactory. We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit for events at Climate Pledge Arena. ”

”Bathroom is renovated. Kitchen was cold because of ac on the window and it was so open. Room was warm. Easy to walk surroudings.”

”Great staff, clean rooms, common areas, dining and parking garage. The hot tub and pool were fun for the kids and the breakfast was exceptionally nice! At the recommendation of the front desk, we went up to the 4th floor balcony and were stunned with the beautiful views of Mt Rainer and the Seattle skyline. I will recommend this hotel to others. ”

”Great location, cute spot. Very small sitting area/living room. Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

”The staff were friendly, The facilities are clean and in good condition. There is parking on site ( for a fee) and we had a kitchen in our room which is convenient . It’s located within walking distance of campus and public transportation.”

”Location: walkable, close to Seattle Center with grocery store a short walk away. Room: king studio was spacious, clean, and comfortable with 2 closets and a huge TV. Breakfast: lots of options and free, with a spacious dining area.There is also a snack hour with bread and cheese. Parking: underground, 2 levels and $30 per night. Gym: huge with everything for strength and cardio training equipment. Oversll, it’s a great value if you’re in downtown Seattle!”
