”Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful”

”It is very secure with good parking. A great location. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. the internet failed the last day.”

”It was great and staff are fantastic”

”The rooms are very clean but they need to improve on staff delivery”

”The property is clean but old amenities needs renovations”

”Twenty-eight usd for breakfast might seem expencive for someone counting their dollars. ”

”The rooms were large and totally comfortable and fine but, like most things in Zimbabwe which uses dollars, was very over-priced for what you got. The hotel was fine but I felt it was a mid-range hotel at a high range price.”

”Great room comfy bed great breakfast. Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town”

”Clean, nice room, off-street parking, friendly service. Obviously still in the process of being converted into a guesthouse, our bathroom could have done with a second towel rail. The stairs to the best room upstairs are a bit challenging for older folk. Absolute need to connect to their WiFi via WhatsApp, to be able to contact them to open the gate (or have a local SIMM to be able to phone them). ”

”The hotel is in a good location. The bed was comfortable and clean. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated and could use a refurb - especially the bathrooms. There was a strong smell on cigarette smoke on the floor and rooms, which i mentioned to housekeeping and was advised a guest might have been smoking, but it was more that than. Generally, this was good comfortable hotel and it was decent value for the price.”
