”Yes everything is good”

” Staff was friendly. Breakfast was o.k. The sheets on the bed were very rough. I think they had been washed with the towels. Property is in need of updates ”

”The mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs and the mantle, over the fireplace, was filled with dust.”

”We have stayed here a number of times. The facilities are fine. We were extremely disappointed this past time. We stayed there three nights and never did they pick up used towels and washcloths, or empty trash. We were told they did it every other day. Even when we requested service to our room the after the second night, nothing was done. Don't know if front desk or cleaning staff dropped the ball. With just myself and wife, we ran out of kleenex adter one night, out of body wash and shampoo...

”Nice hotel with close proximity to restaurants and activities… could walk to the Island (very nice area with lots to do). Free gated parking and awesome breakfast buffet. Cost decent compared to other hotels in the area. Only cons to this hotel is The Island can get a bit loud on a Friday night and the rooms were a bit dated (only a bit). Good bed and air condition. I would stay here again, experience was a good one! ”

”We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! ”

”Older property but very clean , rooms are updated.Nice touches like free bottled water and free snacks in the rooms. Night staff front desk was very friendly morning, not so much. Definitely a great value for budget conscious travelers.”

”I had read all the reviews concerning The Walden before I booked 4 nights. People complained of watery eggs, only one elevator working, lack of hot water, on and on! My wife and I experienced none of that. Excellent breakfast with staff member refilling items constantly, both elevators operating every day, hot water, clean room. Easy check-in and out with friendly staff. This is a bargain in the area.”

”Although a very nice stay the location although convenient is off a major road with no lights. Taking a turn into traffic to the left to get back to the hotel when coming back from Dollywood was nerve wracking and up to a 10 minutes wait for a break in traffic before turning left. Turning right was also dangerous and required waiting for several minutes ”

”Nice painting on the wall. Both beds squeaked really bad. The room next to us beds squeezed also. We could hear them in the night doing something up and down in bed. The maid only made up the bed we slept in, nothing else. No new toilet paper nor towels.”

”Loved the quiet room great bed and cozy sheets we enjoyed the 24 hr coffee and the breakfast in the morning was very good, the yogurt machine was great! We liked the 24 hr hot tub and indoor pool and the friendly staff.”

”The rooms were very clean and anytime there was a problem in your room or needed anything they were right there to bring it to you. The hotel is outdated and needs some updating but everything was in working condition. The pool and hot tub were great this hotel also has a lazy river which we saw lots of people taking advantage of it. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we like it for the quietness. The only thing we were not crazy about was the breakfast but we weren’t to concerned...
