”The exterior of the hotel looks worn out but is very clean, and the room was amazing, brand new furniture and crisp white linens, fresh clean smell and beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised and we did choose this hotel because of the excellent rating and low price. We will surely come back on our next road trip from Canada on I-75S!”

”Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. Traices of water damage on bathroom ceiling - mold smelled strongly. Pool area was closed. People smoked marohuana on parking lot. Dont recommend for families ”

”Room was gross. Floor was so dirty my white socks were black and the room was so humid that the carpet was spongy. The staff was rude. Air conditioner died and I had to move hotels because no one was there to figure it out and the staff acted incredibly rude and inconvenienced when I asked to refund my last two nights so I could find another hotel. Room had dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Crumbs in the floor and an empty m and m wrapper by the nightstand. The room was barely cleaned....

”This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, and this is in comparison to the Aria in Las Vegas. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms were clean with well thought out amenities and a spacious bathroom. Every detail was taken into account in the design of this hotel.”

”Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”

”The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...

”I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!”

”Property is rather old and certainly looks it; it would seem the 2.5 star rating is a relic of a bygone era. While the rooms had been moderately updated, there was staining and what looked like early stages of mold growth on the bathroom ceiling. While nothing looked particularly dirty, the room didn't seem particularly clean either. What was worst though was finding ants sporadically across the room: on the bathroom vanity, crawling up lamp cords and on the bed sidetable. I didn't see any on /...

”I have stayed here many times. I have family living in Findlay and in Tiffin. This is a great location that allows me minimal driving to visit family in both cities. EVERY time I have stayed here it has been very clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable with comforters that actually have weight and comfort to them unlike some of the higher end hotels. The lobby area has great seating and lighting for playing games. I LOVE staying here. Oh...and did I mention...
