Matkat – Bo Saen

Airport transfer functioned well. The room was dirty when arrived, pillows had stains and a lot of hair, floor was dirty and the surfaces had dust and dirt. No hand soap available in the toilet.

One night stay, great place & location near the airport.

This property is in need of a freshen up. Things are a little tired. Pool tiles and exterior. Lobby nicely appointed and front end staff super efficient. Room was clean but had to be sprayed for seasonal ants that did keep resurfacing. Walk out pool fe our room was great, but being near the garden bugs are to be expected. Roof top happy hour A full breakfast buffet of Thai and international options. Staff warm and accommodating. Lots of families and kids activities that were well run and organized, not loud or chaos. Transport to fine dining, shopping and golf was simple. A very easy and reasonable destination to tip your toes in the waters of Phuket.

Absolutely amazing staff members that were so helpful and so communicative with us, we stayed in a pod with the pool and everything was exactly like the photos, 24 hours service and amazing food (especially the chicken masala) Thank you so much
