”The cabin was in terrible condition. It felt dirty and worn out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool looked lovely. I didn’t actually realise that a ferry had to be taken to reach the resort. I wouldn’t stay here again as it was isolated and I wanted to be closer to Ballina.”

”We had the pleasure of staying in villa #1. The space was perfect for our needs and the outlook was peaceful and relaxing. Bangalow township is less than a 5 minute drive or a leisurely walk of 20 minutes.”

”We had a one night stay in the 3 bedroom apartment at the Richmond Motor Inn last week. The apartment was large and well equipped with three reasonable sized bedrooms. Everyhting was clean and we had a comfortable stay.”

”The family room was very small for 4 people, we could hardly fit in. One of the beds was a sofa bed that was not comfortable at all, very hard and high in the middle, low in both ends, so could not sleep in it. The air conditioner kept terrible noise. Otherwise ok, good parking lot.”

”We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!”
