Autuaana Serene Palm -mökki kaupungissa ja 2 korttelin päässä rannasta

Muutaman lyhyen korttelin päässä rannasta ja yhden korttelin päässä kaupungista tekevät tästä harvinaisesta mökistä, joka sijaitsee Boca Granden historiallisella alueella, täydellisen pääsyn. Yli kokoisessa kiinteistössä sijaitseva aurinkoinen koti on äskettäin päivitetty (viimeksi upouudessa kauniissa keittiössä ... mukana kaasuliesi, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu jääkaappi, maalaistalon pesuallas jne.). Talo on kunnostettu huolellisesti ja kaikki kodin sisällä on aivan uusi, mukaan lukien huonekalut, liinavaatteet ja kodinkoneet. Tilavassa Master-sviitissä ja kylpyammeessa on oma siipi, joka sallii yksityisyyden, kun taas kaksi vierashuonetta ja kylpy ovat mökin vastakkaisella puolella. Nauti tilavasta avoimesta olohuoneesta / keittiöstä / ruokailutilasta (kovat puulattiat koko talossa), upea tuulen valtameren edustalla olevalla kuistilla tai kauniisti maisemoidun takapihan yksityisyydestä, jota ympäröi kypsä natiivi mango, kumquat, surnaim kirsikka ja musta oliivipuita.

Last minute wonder

We booked last minute and Susan could not have been more accommodating. If I could give her six stars I would. The property was spotless and fully loaded with anything anyone would need to have a great time. We have already checked the calendar and booked again.

Lovely Gasparilla Cottage.

My husband and I, along with my sister, brother in law, and their dachshund, Jelly Bean, just returned from three days in Gasparilla. What an adorable, well stocked home. Good knives (a rarity!), plenty of towels, great appliances. And very cozy! Unfortunately it rained most of the time, but one day there was some sun and we grabbed the chairs and spent 2 hours at the beach which is right up the road, but we drove the couple of miles to go to the Boca Grand Pass Park entrance passed the lighthouse where the beach is much wider. This home is in a great location….you can walk to town, restaurants, and the beautiful Gasparilla Inn (breakfast at the Inn and dinner at the Pink Elephant are must-do’s). The property manager is a great communicator which I very much appreciated.

Boca Grande Perfection – A True Island Gem

I’ve been coming to Boca Grande since I was a kid and have stayed at over 80 different properties on the island. Without a doubt, this one tops them all.The location is unbeatable—everything is just a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. We parked the car when we arrived and never touched it again. From breakfast at The Outlet to dinners at The Temptation (maybe one too many—pretty sure I gave myself gout), to a scenic boat trip to Cabbage Key, everything we love about Boca was right at our fingertips.The home itself is the perfect size—comfortable, stylish, and full of that old Florida charm. Throughout the week, I brought in different groups of friends so each could experience what makes this place so special. It’s a little slice of heaven that takes you back to a better time.Susan was outstanding to work with—thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every detail. She made check-in a breeze and helped ensure our stay was effortless from start to finish.We jumped 47 tarpon this week, laughed until it hurt, and made memories I’ll never forget. Honestly, if I could rent this place all summer, I would. I’m even hesitant to share how amazing it is because part of me wants to keep it all to myself—but it’s just too good not to share.

Wow!!

The home was amazing! It had everything we needed. It is located in the heart of the village of Boca Grande. Everything is a short walk away (the beautiful beach, shopping, restaurants). If you want to enjoy the best of Boca Grande, this is your place! If 6 stars was an option that is what I would pick. Thank you to Susan for allowing us to stay at her property. We plan to return!!

The perfect island getaway

What a charming home in the historic district offering the perfect location for bike rides to dinner and morning strolls to the beach. We had everything we needed and more. The house is spacious and warm filled with beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding and an inviting kitchen when a stray summer squall calls for a quiet evening in. Great Boca Beach House

Lovely stay! We were worried post hurricane, but, our stay was wonderful. Most restaurants open, plenty of fun shops open all within walking distance of this well appointed beach house. Spotless, beautiful linens, great beach reads, beach towels, we had a wonderful stay, plan to be back!

Beautiful island retreat

This was the perfect rental experience! Susan, the property contact, was very helpful throughout process. House is beautiful with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen family room floor plan with bonus front room perfect for relaxing. Charming in Boca

We loved the location of the house, just a few blocks to the beach. We loved our morning walks to the bakery. The house is cute and charming - perfect for our young family (kids 1.5 and 3.5)! Communication with Susan was great. We would definitely return to the house.

Boca Grande is an authentic, Old Florida destination. Great beach, fishing, food, and shopping. This could be one of the cutest rental houses on the island! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for four nights with one other family and the cottage had everything we needed - comfortable beds, nice master bath, central air in a fantastic location. There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys. We hope to stay here again!

Darling cottage right in downtown Boca!

We love this home! This was our second time staying here, and it was perfect for our group of 6 women. Two-three short blocks to the beach, one block to downtown. Bedding is soft and fluffy; plenty of bath and beach towels. Susan is readily available for any problems--but we didn't have any!
