”The office is always locked but there is a phone number to call. The room was good. Clean, but a broom in the room would've been handy with all the sand. There was a full kitchen to cook food and a full sized fridge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Did have to ask for towels and was given 1. There is a pool and courtyard in the back.”

”Very nice clean room! Would stay again. Only 2 complaints would be no coffee pot and no ice machine. ”

”A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

”There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! ”

”For the price, it should have been clean. There was dust and dirt on furniture and areas that looked like they were simply never cleaned. I would not recommend or ever stay again. ”

”Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.”

”Perfect location right on the strip in Matlacha! We were able to walk to shops and bars. The cottage is too cute!!! Loved being able to take the kayaks out whenever and explore the waters! Can’t beat the price and amenities! We can’t wait to go back! ”

”Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service.”
