”We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.”

”The sheets on the bed had a blood spot on the covers. When dining for breakfast someone brought a huge dog in the dining room which I felt was unsanitary. Staff was very polite.Kitchen staff kept food containers full and everything wiped down.”

”The breakfast was actually HOT! What a delight. breakfast spread was good. Pool was small and a bit cold. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and that's what we got! Elevators were quick and clean.”

”I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund. ”Had a terrible terrible experience here…. They threw away the blankets I had to leave because I couldn’t carry them which included my baby blanket I had for 30 years since I was a baby as currently withholding three laptops that I didn’t pay when I did not willing to come to an agreement. This is all for absolutely no reason…. I had to leave abruptly to rush to the emergency room!!! Do not stay here you will get rude service. These people are inconsiderate and disrespectful. ”

”Mold everywhere at this place. The mold on the walls inside of the bathroom facility in the pool was absolutely horrendous. There were mold spores from the ceiling to the floor in that bathroom. Our tub didn’t drain so five minutes into your shower, you were standing over ankle deep in water. The hours of the pool listed were incorrect according to the front desk staff; it wasn’t opened as late as it said it was online. Additionally, breakfast hours that were listed online were not correct to...

”No cups or Kleenex provided. No coffee in room. Great park and go; on return to get my car was a 35 minute wait for the shuttle for a five minute ride from airport. The solo front desk clerk is also the driver!”

”The room was clean, the staff was really nice and friendly!! Our TV would not work and called the front desk and she was able to send maintenance out to fix it right away!”
