”This is our third visit to Rotham Manor but this time we found our room freezing the heating was not working even though we got the Manager to check it and one of the plug sockets were faulty. There were tea and coffee facilities but no milk and no to ask so we had to go out and buy some.. When we went to breakfast there was a fire in the room but it was not lit and we eat it with our coats on. Basically a very unpleasant stay.”

”Very quiet. The breakfast service was outstanding. ”

”What a treat this place turned out to be. Friendly and gracious hosts, lovely room with a patio, great breakfast — everything we’d hoped. Plus proximity to vineyards, if you’re a wine drinker And Montagu is a charming little town.”

”Excellent stay. Warm and welcoming and beautiful large room with comfortable bed. Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. The owner was very helpful with ideas for local visits and was very warm and welcoming. Thank you. ”
