He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.”

”It's a cute little old house in downtown Monroe. We traveled for a wedding nearby. It perfectly fits 5 persons. The backyard is very nice. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and the appliances are new also. Parking for at least 2 cars. A couple of details, we were 4 and there were just 3 towels. The whole house was clean but we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom. Everything else was good. ”

”Great experience and great communication from the host. The home is absolutely beautiful. If you are visiting for Road Atlanta and have a car trailer, parking in the cul de sac is very limited so plan ahead for that. My truck and open car hauler had no issues but other may find the space challenging.”
