”Clean, lovely room, good size attic room, nice oceon view, it could do with a better mirror, as only a very small mirror in bathroom, made it difficult to get ready for night out! Helpful friendly staff, in reception and bar area, which had good, great selection of drinks, (didn't eat there, but lunch and dinner served there) Limited parking nearby, we ended up parking in NCP car park 10 minutes away, as we were unable to move car at timings of road restrictions nearby ”

”Staff was friendly, rooms were large and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a 1 night stay. Our host gave us a quick tour, and took time to provide information and answer questions. Truly enjoyed the comfort that was provided, the easy food options just down the road.”

”Nice little B&B close to centre of the village and running trails. Lucie sent the access codes to the front door and room making the check-in a breeze. It was a bit chilly during the first night (central heating off at night), but Lucie provided a portable radiator and extra blanket, so the 2nd night was warm and cosy. Very clean room and comfy bed. Also the breakfast was great. ”

”Check in was haphazard ,we were informed 14.00 hrs but the employee when he arrived said it was15.00.the property was well kept but some of the other guests were very noisy slamming doors with no respect for other occupants”

”We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay.”

”We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. It would be perfect for someone who didn't need to drive - it was a short and...

”Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay ”
