Brand-new 1-bedroom apartment at Bogotá's northern

The loft has a spacious living room that has a workstation with a table and cabinets, plus a window, and a new and very comfortable sofa that can turn into a double bed.

You'll also have a kitchen with a dishwasher, gas burners, an electric oven, and cooking basics. Also a large fridge for you.

A corridor connects the living room with the main room, which has a 43-inch Smart TV, closets, a heater in case it gets cold at night, and also a balcony.

In the hallway, you will find doors that take you to the private bathroom of the studio apartment.

On the first floor of the building, you will find the laundry area equipped with an automatic washing machine and a dryer. Both machines require a fee of 10,000 Colombian pesos per use, which must be paid directly at the machine each time you decide to use the service. Inside the apartment, there is a designated washing area; however, it does not include a washing machine or dryer. As noted earlier, you will need to go down to the first floor to access these facilities.

Please note that the mattress of the bed is of medium/high firmness. This is my favorite type of mattress and the most comfortable for those who like firm beds, but maybe not be the best mattress for those who prefer a softer one. The guests have been Ok with this.

The site includes parking for bikes and/or motorcycles. You will also find a mini market at the entrance of the building and many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and shopping malls just a few blocks away from the site.

Notice that I have car parking but it's a little small, so please text me before booking if you are planning to bring a car. The recommendation for you is not to bring a big car.

In addition, to go to the garage and park you will need to go down a vehicle lift and under no circumstances are we responsible for any damage that the vehicle suffers when going down the descent platform. The recommendation is not to bring a vehicle.
