The hotel didn't have any water, apparently because of a planned interruption of the service in the city; so we arrived past midnight and couldn't even wash our hands, but no one notified us of this and when we went downstairs to ask the reception person was asleep on the couch and we decided to let them sleep and ask in the morning. In the morning the water had come back, but it wouldn't reach the third floor, so we had to use a bucket to flush the toilet.
I understand that this is something that affects the whole city, but I would expect the hotel to have a plan B and provide for its guests and it would be nice if you could have a heads up at reception of what's happening.
Besides this, we were put on the 3rd floor, which would be ok if the hotel had a lift and we didn't have a baby on a pram. The stairs look like an accident waiting to happen.
We booked for 5 nights but decided to leave after the first night.
The area around was nice and not too noisy.
