At the beginning we were placed on the second floor. The night was a little rough because of the lobby noise and sound. I spoke with the front desk woman and she was able to move us up to the 5 floor the following day. This was much appreciated and helped us have better overall sleep. The only other thing we had an issue was with the water for the sink and the shower constantly being cold and very rarely switching to hot. Outside of those things the experience was awesome. It was my first time in Bogota (Chapinero) and it was an amazing experience. My wife and I were able to cook with all of the utensils that were provided to us and the hospitality from the cleaning ladies was incredible. We were both very grateful and impressed with how responsive and respectful the ladies in the reception area were. Whenever we needed something for the kitchen they would personally come up with it themselves and knock on the door. The cleaning ladies would normally clean around 9am but were flexible if we were not leaving out until the afternoon time which helped then coordinate when the best time to clean was. Overall I am very blessed and thankful for this experience!
