Very disappointing stay. The hotel is clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The lack of upkeep is noticeable in small but important details, such as the shower door rollers in Room 310. The towels were old and fraying, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices. The TV cable service is extremely basic, and the rooms do not even include a coffee maker, which is a standard amenity in most hotels today.
The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the price does not reflect the quality of the property or the service provided. I expected much better. I would not stay here again, and despite being an Expedia Gold member, there was absolutely no recognition or benefits offered.
