”The house was spacious and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The open concept for the kitchen, dining area and living room was great. Thumbs up for decent WiFi and Netflix included.”

”This stay was lovely, with aircon in all rooms, and short drive to nice beaches. There are a few things however that the description lied about. The villa is a 15 minute drive to Alona beach, not a 10 minute walk. The only beach within walking distance is the docking area for boats, and is dirty in general. Also, they charge 300pesos per 12 hours of use for the washing machine, so keep in mind that it is not included. For the cost of the house however our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable....

”Best part by far, the pool and the view. The home had a beautiful Christmas tree set up in the living room.I do not recommend anyone with health conditions (struggle walking) due to the steep incline when entering exiting the home. A large van will go part way in the drive but guest will have to walk up the hill and meet the driver.We were not informed the breakfast was included during our stay but it was a nice surprise. ”Check in and out went smoothly, had a problem with kitchen sink drain, substandard asian plumbing, caretaker did a bad fix , it still leaked. Place supposed to have washing machine for clothes, it does but was told its broken, getting to be the standard for vrbo rentals, after all its cheaper to leave a broken ine rather than get it fixed or buy a new one”
