”Clean room, nice bed linens with no pilling, warm cover. Bed not too hard or not too soft. Nice clean bathroom. Room temperature was set to nice temperature that didn’t need adjusting to be comfortable”

And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing!
