Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Newly remodeled stand alone home that is a tastefully transformed garage. Queen sized bed in upstairs low ceiling loft space. Full kitchen and bath with tiled walk in shower. Washer and dryer provided as well. Window air conditioner for summer use. 5 min walk to Northwest Nazarene College, minutes away from downtown and the Idaho Center arena.

The property is privately owned; the owner/ property manager is not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner/property manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or any other person visiting the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is
agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Renters agree to hold the homeowner and property management harmless in the event of any act by renters or guests (visitors) occurring on the rental property that results in injury or financial loss to the renters. The renters also agree to use the home and property grounds at their own risk and furthermore agree to hold the homeowner/property management harmless if any injury or financial loss occurs to the renter while using the rental property. This place is wonderfully located close to NNU and Food Establishments. Enjoyed the quite neighborhood and the lovely art works on the walls.

The directions on how to get inside the unit are difficult and confusing. It is on the property with another home that the owner also rents as a VRBO. The owner would like you to access this unit from a back alley instead of entering from the street. If you access the property from the street instead of the back alley she gets upset and is rude. GPS directions don’t work so you have to use her directions which are difficult and confusing to get to it. This is a problem at night because it’s hard to see street signs etc. Also, although Nampa is pretty safe, parking in a back alley at night is scary. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying.

Darla was wonderful! Easy to communicate with and even recommended a great mechanic for our car trouble. Cute place, comfy bed. All the extras in the kitchen and bath. Comfy living area. Loved staying here! Literally a hop skip and jump to NNU. Thanks again, Darla!

This place was amazing! Small and quaint but amazing and so decorative inside. Looking at all of the artwork was fun! The AC was great (it was hot when we stayed). Will definitely be back when we come to visit in a couple more months!
