Our stay was absolutely wonderful — well, minus the neighboring guest with a pretty rough cough 😂. Other than that, everything was flawless! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, and we’re already looking forward to another staycation.
Our room was beyond clean — impeccably so. The refrigerator, countertops, and entire space were spotless. I was honestly floored by how well preserved everything was, especially for a newer hotel. It truly felt fresh and thoughtfully maintained.
You made our visit extra special for my little one, which meant so much to us. From the chat agents to the specialist at check-in, every interaction was pleasant and welcoming. The two team members at the breakfast bar were incredibly friendly (the gentleman was always smiling!), and while at the pool, a young lady stopped by to greet my son and me and asked how we were enjoying our time. Even the housekeeper on our floor greeted us warmly each morning.
Hands down, top-tier service from start to finish. Thank you for employing such wonderful people who genuinely make guests feel welcomed and happy to be there.
