”Upon arrival the place was nasty!! Thermostat batteries were dead. We arrived late and didn’t have batteries. It was freezing inside. It was the next day before that issue was addressed along with the smoke detector beeping. Batteries needing replacing in that as well. Mattresses and pillows were unacceptable.
