Overpriced
The hotel is pretty worn out with 90’s furniture, super loud A/C from the 70’s and soundproofing from the 50’s. One of the reception staff let Croatians cut in line, but on the other hand the younger lady did an excellent job. If you’re a couple searching for a place for a romantic getaway, do not even concider this place. At times the music at the pool was extremely loud. The breakfast was very basic and the food at the pool bar barely eatable. The wifi was VERY poor.

Upea sijainti kauniilla Bolilla oleskeluun
Asuimme huoneistossa, joka oli erillinen rivitalokompleksi hotellin yläpuolella. Huoneisto oli siisti ja asiallinen. Jääkaappia jäimme kaipaamaan vaikka tiesimmekin ettei keittiötä ole. Aamiainen runsas ja ihan hyvä. Leivät hieman sahajauhomaisia. Allas melko pieni mutta hienot rannat ovat niin lähellä että altaalla ei kannatakaan olla koko päivää. Hotellina tasoa 3+, mutta kun huomioi Bolin mielettömän kauneuden ympärillä oli kokonaiselämys 4+.

Erinomainen hotelli
Hotelli oikein kiva, suht uudehkon oloinen. Siistit kivat huoneet, hyvä palvelu ja erinomainen seisova aamiaispöytä. Asiat hoituivat vastaanotossa ja muualla. Hotellilla pieni kuntosali, mutta hoisi asian. Hyvät lenkkipolut lähellä. Hotelilla oli oma uimaranta, oikein kiva, mutta tuoleista ja varjosta piti maksaa erikseen jokaiselta päivältä. Hotellista Bol:n keskustaan 10 min kävely, juuri sopiva. Oiva valinta!

Mycket trevlig vistelse, bra läge på hotellet. Trevligt bra promenadstråk precis bredvid vattnet såväl in till Bol som till Zlatni Rat stranden. Kändes som att personalen i baren borde ha fått lite mer utbildning

We had a OK stay. The food was OK. No drinks included, even if we had The half-board. Not even for dinner, only tap-water. 5 Euro for a 25 cl Coca-Cola is just crazy! If you enjoy laying out your towel early in the morning on deckchairs like all the other tourists, this is the place for you! Not going to stay here again!

This hotel is great, location is ideal, staff is helpful and friendly, and rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was very good too. We particularly appreciated the sustainability note in the room, the fact that you can do many activities nearby (cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, massages…) and the lovely staff. Good location - disappointing food
I stayed at bluesun Borak for three nights including the breakfast and dinner. The hotel has a great location between the Bol town centre and Zlatni Rat beach. A fairly nice as well as modern interior design throughout, including lobby, room and pool area. If you wish to be close to the ocean as well as the little town of Bol, I would recommend it. However, considering the price point of this hotel - the food was truly disappointing. Breakfast was mediocre but dinners were pure disappointment. Though there was some variety from day to day in selection of dishes served, essentially everything was dry, tasteless/bland and disappointing. Along with paying for dinner at the hotel, there is no possibility of pouring yourself a glass of water for dinner in the restaurant. It is expected to be purchased, despite the already overpriced dinner. The most tasty part of each dinner was the fruit being served along with ice cream. We also had some minor inconveniences with a lack of towels after cleaning, though such a mistakes are merely human and was quickly resolved by the receptionists. On the other hand, we noticed that our drinking glasses were not exchanged in the room after being used and merely turned upside down until our return to the room - clearly evident by one of the glasses already being chipped upon our arrival and never exchanged for a new one. Overall the location is good, but do not expect the food and perhaps even the service to live up to the price being charged.

Mooi hotel op een prachtige ligging
Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het zéér mooie centrum van Bol via een mooie Boulevard. Als ik 1 opmerking zou hebben is het over het restaurant, als je na 20 u gaat eten zijn er veel gerechten al niet meer beschikbaar en ze werden ook niet meer aangevuld. Het was er ook niet echt gezellig en het geluid van roepende kinderen gaf mij eerder het gevoel in een refter van een school te zitten dan in een restaurant.

Underbart ställe men byt ut sängarna
Allt var jättebra förutom att sängarna var stenhårda. Har en halv vecka kvar på semestern och kan knappt gå av allt ryggont. Har aldrig haft sånna besvär tidigare och är väldigt säker på att det beror på sängarna.

Meget nyligt renoveret hotel. Virkelig lækkert. Skønt poolområde tæt på stranden og med et kvarters gang til den lille hyggelige havn. Super fitness rum med den det nyeste Technogym udstyr. Dejlig morgenmad med stort udvalg. Udlevering af håndklæder hver dag, som man også kan tage med til stranden. Meget anbefalelsesværdig og et sted vi godt ville komme igen.

Transferred to Elaphusa
We bookee to stay at bluesun borak but were transferred to bluesun elaphusa (so not sure how valid our review is). The hotel told us about the transfer several weeks in advance so gave plenty of notice, the two hotels are nextdoor so the change made no difference to our plans. Hotel elaphusa was excellent and we were very pleased with our stay!

int poolområde nära stranden
Vi var bokade på ett annat Blusun hotell men pga Covid-19 så vart vi ombokade till detta hotell. Blev informerad om att vi blivit uppgraderade med rum. Rummet var fint men saknade balkong, påpekade detta och vi fick då möjligheten att byta till rum med balkong. Detta rum var dock sämre i skick, ej renoverat. Sängen knakade, heltäckningsmatta mm. Valde då rummet utan balkong, detta rum var mycket fräscht, men dock verkar det skilja mycket mellan rummen på hotellet. Vi hade frukost och middagsbufféer. Frukost mycket bra, middag blev mycket samma efter några dagar. Fint poolområde. Nära strand. Fanns mycket aktiviteter men vi nyttjade ej dessa.

The location of this property is great it is situated beachfront and is only a 15 minute walk from ferry port along the flat and a 10 minute walk to the famous beach. Check in was straight forward however we had to wait until 1400 to check in and the room wasn't ready until about 14.10 however we could leave our bags there. The hotel is a little bit outdated but is clean. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with table and chairs. The pool is next to the bar area and is clean. The pool however is quite cold but has plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast which is excellent. There are cereals and continental cheeses and meats, along with a cooked breakfast, sausage tomatoes mushrooms bacon and a egg station offering ommlettes or eggs any way :) there is also a good selection of bread cakes and pastries along with hot and cold drinks. Breakfast is open 7am until 10am.

Helt ok. Ligger jättebra då det är nära till både stranden Zlatni Rat samt byn. Bad om en upgrade så vi kunde få havsutsikt men de sa att det var fullt. Mkt alternativ till frukost. Rummen känns som att de hade behövts en uppfräshning men det var rent.

Wonderful Place.
We really liked the location, just steps to the beach. The beach bar serves the most delicious seafood, and drinks, and plays cool music. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I've had. There are so many items to choose from. Sure the place could do with an upgrade, but for the location you can't complain. Would definitely stay again.
